Refund policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with the right of withdrawal applicable to distance purchases.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, with its tags and in its original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase may be required.

Return address

The return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.

Return costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, return costs are borne by the customer.

Damaged items or order error

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and offer a solution.

Non-returnable items

Personalized, worn, washed, damaged, or incomplete items cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The simplest way is to return the relevant item and place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method as soon as possible. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
